Recent Developments
Recent Developments are primarily transactions in progress that are being monitored by EnerLink. When a transaction is finalized the appropriate data is added to EnerLink (i.e. a Title Document or Parent/Subsidiary relationship is added, addresses and Key People are updated, etc.) and the entry is deleted This is the same information that can be found in Details - Title Documents, but there only one Entity is dealt with at a time

By default all items we consider current (i.e. the events have not yet occurred) are shown. To restrict the results to certain companies, use the search button. Hover to view the search screen
The Preview Pane indicates in red the information EnerLink has for the selected Entity. Click a pane to see the information
